Place the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, labels or freebies.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund via voucher or bank transfer.
Returning An Item
You can request a return within the first 14 days from the delivery date in case you change your mind about an item and if it has not been opened except for the following items, for hygiene and security reasons: swimwear, underwear, lingerie, earrings, cosmetics, fragrances, groceries, food supplements, software, tickets, and adult.
And up to 30 days in case the item has a defect.
Bear in mind that if you received an item with a clear defect (broken) or has a missing part, you must flag this issue within 48hrs from the delivery date.
When returning an item, ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and the item is in its original packaging.
If you have created a password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed, otherwise, your return will be invalid.
Noting that Electronics Items are not returnable under “Change in mind reason” if it is not sealed and in their original packaging.
We can return all the products if it's sealed.
How to cancel your order?
- From the list of Orders in your Kroobia Account, Click SEE DETAILS in front of the order you wish to cancel.
- Click the Cancel Item button.
- Select the right quantity and cancellation reason from the drop-down list and submit.
